Sponsorship Opportunities

Our sponsorship program has been designed to maximize your marketing opportunities and increase brand awareness and recognition for your company. Sponsorships of $300 or more increase your visibility to Ohio's 2500 health information management professionals and reinforces your presence to our 700 program attendees.

If sponsorship information and payment is received by December 1, 2008, your company logo will be included in the Annual Meeting brochure mailed to over 2500 HIM professionals.

Raffle Drawing

Every year we have FANTASTIC exhibitor participation in our raffle drawings because it gives you yet another marketing opportunity and increases exhibit hall traffic to your booth. Our attendees go crazy over this incentive! For your convenience, we offer you a hassle-free service of obtaining an Easton store gift certificate of your choice if you don't already have a raffle gift idea in mind. For more information and to participate in the raffle, please complete the online raffle drawing participation form.

Exhibitor Name & Complimentary Lunch Order

Please take a moment to provide the names of all of your company's representatives who will be attending the show, which will enable us to have name badges printed and available.

Each registered exhibitor will receive a complimentary boxed lunch and drink. These lunches will be delivered to you before lunch exhibit hall traffic begins, allowing you to focus on business matters. Please be aware that this service must be pre-ordered and that we cannot take boxed lunch orders on site. If your company has an excess of 2 exhibitors attending the show, lunches will be included in the $35/representative charge.
