Complete the ONLINE BOOTH RESERVATION FORM indicating your booth preferences. You will receive a confirmation email from OHIMA within 24 hours that your booth reservation has been received.
Booth Payment:
Mail a check for payment to OHIMA within 30 days of making your booth reservation. If payment is not received, your booth will be released for sale. Please make check payable to OHIMA and mail to: OHIMA, PO Box 824, Worthington, OH 43085-0824.
